Date & time:

Zoom (link will be emailed ahead of event)
About the event:
Eddie Hyde is a superb, award-winning photographer who I am incredibly pleased to bring to the Camversation community. Eddie has been requested by members of the community and presenters alike! This is the first time Eddie will be joining us, but it won't be the last!
About the talk, from Eddie:
“Motion Capture” as a comprehensive guide to the creative use of shutter speed. Put another way, it’s all about how to tell stories with your camera. When is it appropriate to use a fast shutter speed and when do we have to slow it down. So, I start this talk with an image of a car on a race track that’s nice and sharp but you cannot tell if it’s moving or not. I then explore how to what shutter speeds will convey the story of what’s happening and how to perhaps tell a story that’s maybe not actually happening.
The talk involves, cars, bikes, trains, planes people, birds, animals, landscapes with water, astro photography, night, fireworks etc - anything that moves basically!
About Eddie:
Eddie is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society (FRPS) and a Surrey Photographic Association Judge. He been widely published and won many awards - some of these are in the gallery above.
