Affinity Workshops, run by Celia Henderson who is widely recognised as an outstanding tutor, talented photographer and just all round wonderful person!

Following on from our introduction to Affinity Photo 2 these three workshops will explore the creative tools and techniques.

The three most creative tools in both Affinity and Photoshop have to be these areas, which will form the different session foci:

Part 1: Filters

Part 2: Brushes

Part 3: Blend Modes

When used individually or in combination, great things can happen. We explore these three areas, settings, do’s and don’ts, with examples of where and how to use them. The focus for each workshop will be on one of these topics, but will also include the surrounding tools required to make the magic happen, layers, selections and masks etc.

The workshop will also make brief comparisons to Photoshop – eg available in both applications, where we have to use workarounds and tools that Affinity has which Photoshop doesn’t!
